I am proud to facilitate family business coaching with my father, Lynn Spruill. He consults on succession planning and general management consulting for family- or closely-held businesses, while I assist with the interpersonal issues in family businesses. It is my great honor to work with generations of families who are excited to create a thriving work and family life.
I also work with personal clients to work through tough situations in their lives, be it relationships. new chronic illness or Ehlers Danlos diagnoses, trauma, anxiety and depression. It is a profound privilege to support people who are experiencing transition to new, and sometimes surprising, parts of their lives.
